Unidentified Best Airlines Captain Wing

This is a completely different logo than the Best Airlines show on the website and on page 57 of my book "Aviation Insignia of the United States of America". We need help to verify that this is just a different issue of the Ft. Mitchell, KY company or a completely different company which just happens to use the same name. Any help would be appreciated.
